Yeah, you're right...I do know alot of people in the shady streetracing scene here in Cleveland and I'll call you if I hear anything. It just sucks it's an off season so everyone kinda stays low. Check the warehouses off west 117th by Roman Chariot. I try to stay the hell away from that area but it's the perfect setting for something like this.
